Portraits
Portraits are shot at the location of your choice or in my studio. It can be at a local park, a church, home or other venue. Family portrait sessions will usually last 1 - 1.5 hrs, a single headshot session will usually last 1/2 hour.
Location of your choice: $125 first hour, $35 every 30 minutes thereafter.
Studio or within Montpelier area: $75 an hour, $35 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
Weddings
Weddings are charged at a flat $125/hr rate, but if the location is more than 50 miles away from Montpelier, a travel fee of roughly $2 per mile may be applied.
Engagement photo sessions are booked at the standared portrait rates, but if you book a wedding as well as the engagement session, you will receive 50% off the engagement session fees.
Realty
Homes are charged at $100 / 1000 sqft, but a travel fee may be applied depending on its location.

5x7 - $15 ea (1-5), $12 ea (6-10), $10 ea (10+)
